Delivery

We offer complimentary delivery on all orders NZ wide. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Please note that the cut off for delivery before Christmas is the 18th December.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email. 

Returns & Exchanges

You may return an item for exchange or store credit. Refunds will only be assessed on a case by case basis. You may return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery upon presentation of your original receipt. You must first confirm your return or exchange via email and give the reason for return or exchange.
